2. ALL CUSTOM MADE GARMENTS OR LETTERED ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. The following items are not returnable: uniforms, personalized campwear, jackets, lettered items, custom socks, silk screened items, made-to-order dancewear, poms, colored megaphones, hair accessories, warmups, and chenille.

3. You may be ordering uniforms for growing athletes. While Varsity will remake custom items in the case of a defect in materials or workmanship, Varsity is not responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown.

4. All stockable items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the receipt of your merchandise. Simply follow the directions on the reverse side of your packing list to return or exchange any stockable merchandise.

5. Items that have been worn or soiled cannot be returned.

6. Washing instructions are printed clearly on all garment labels. Items not washed according to our labels are not returnable. DRY CLEANING IS NOT RECOMMENDED on our polyester or acrylic garments or dancewear. Any dry cleaned items are not returnable. If you wish to have your merchandise dry cleaned, you or the dry cleaner must assume responsibility for damages.

7. Due to health regulations, briefs, bodysuits, tights, and stockable dancewear are not returnable if the package has been opened.

8. Any shoe exchanges must be received in restockable condition and in their original box. There is no re-stocking fee associated with shoe returns. If shoes are not in restockable condition (CLEAN and UNLACED), they will be returned to you.
